冲浪朋克（Surf Punk）是朋克摇滚（Punk Rock）的一种流派，融合了冲浪摇滚（ Surf Rock）的元素。20世纪50~60年代的一些冲浪乐队显然是朋克摇滚的先驱：Link Wray于1958年发行的《Rumble》是第一首使用强力和弦的流行歌曲，而Dick Dale则因炸毁扬声器和喧闹的现场表演而闻名。虽然许多朋克摇滚乐队，尤其是Ramones乐队，深受The Beach Boys的人声冲浪（ Vocal Surf）的影响，但冲浪朋克乐队通常更多地从Dick Dale等音乐家的原始器乐冲浪摇滚中汲取灵感。
